The judge sentenced actor/director Wesley Snipes to three years in prison for tax evasion. The prosecutors claimed he owed 2.7 million in back taxes. Three years is the maximum punishment allowed, and he will not be getting off early for good behavior: federal inmates aren’t eligible for parole.

Richie Sambora, looking nearly unrecognizable, was busted for a DUI Tuesday night. He also may be charged with child endangerment as his 10-year-old daughter with ex-wife Heather Locklear was in the car at the time. Sambora entered rehab last summer reportedly for alcoholism. He will appear in court May 7.
