Former Men In Trees star James Tupper rests a hand on girlfriend Anne Heche’s belly while visiting the Sundance film festival on Saturday in Park City, Utah.

The couple are expecting their first child together, a baby boy, this spring. Anne, 39, has a 6 ½-year-old son, Homer, with ex-husband Coley Laffoon.

Heche was at Sundance premiering her latest film, Spread, a romantic comedy where she stars alongside Ashton Kutcher.

Tupper and Heche have been dating since at least fall 2007.

Us Weekly reports that Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis have agreed to appear in the sequel to “Sex and the City: The Movie.”
A source says that not all the contracts are signed, but everyone is on board. All the leads are reportedly getting hefty raises this time around. It was rumored that Cattrall delayed the first movie for years because of Parker’s much higher paycheck.

In September, Parker admitted she wasn’t against the idea. “It’s all about the story. If we can’t tell a story that’s really worthy of an audience, then we won’t do it.”

Tom Brady proposed to Gisele on a private jet on Christmas Eve — and she said yes.

Sources say Brady, who is famous for his quarterback skills for the New England Patriots, proposed on a private jet that took off from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey and landed in Boston. There were four dozen white roses on board, as well as champagne.

Along with Brady and Gisele were her parents. We’re told Brady was nervous before he popped the big question.

The couple has been dating since late 2006.

Unwilling to hock their baby pics to the highest bidder, Ashley Simpson and Pete Wentz posted pics of their bundle of joy online for free.

Wentz blogged earlier this month that they were offered “mounds and mounds of money” for the pics, but declined.

After dating for two years, the couple married in May 2008 and soon after announced that they were expecting a child. On November 20, 2008, Bronx Mowgli Wentz was born.

The tragic murder of a 6-year-old that led John Walsh to host “American’s Most Wanted” has finally been solved 27 years after it happened.

Police in Hollywood, Florida have finally identified the man who abducted and decapitated Adam Walsh in 1981. Police said there was no new evidence in the case — and that there had been enough to close the case “many years ago.” Police say the killer was a convicted pedophile who died in prison in 1996 named Otis Toole.

Walsh said “Justice delayed is not justice denied,” and that despite his death, he believes Toole is “getting what he deserves.”

Paula Abdul told Barbara Walters on her Sirius satellite radio show n Monday that American Idol producers knew Paula Goodspeed has stalked the idol judge, and allowed her to audition anyway.

Goodspeed was found dead of an apparent suicide near Abdul’s home last months.

Abdul said Goodspeed had written her “disturbing letters” for nearly 18 years and that at times she maintained a restraining order against the woman.

Abdul also accused Fox of making her home address public, although she added that Goodspeed found the place on her own after an audition.

When Walters asked Abdul why she remains on a show that put her in peril, Abdul replied” I’m under contract.”

With a ton of assets under his belt, actor Morgan Freeman’s divorce from Myrna Colley-Lee could get expensive.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Myrna stands to make more than $100 mil from the breakup: Morgan apparently has pretty wide real estate holdings and he’s been “frugal” over the years.

The split spilled out when Freeman was involved in a car crash with a female friend. The couple were married for 24 years and had been separated since December 2007.

Freeman can currently be seen in box office superstar The Dark Night alongside Christian Bale and Heath Ledger.

Pete Wentz and wife Ashlee Simpson-Wentz welcomed their first child, son Bronx Mowgli Wentz this past Thursday evening, November 20th in LA. Weighing in at 7 lbs, 11 oz and 20 ½ inches long, according to a spokesperson “Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!”

“We’re thrilled. [Bronx] stayed up late the first night, smiling at everyone who came into the room,” Pete’s parents, Pete and Dale Wentz, told PEOPLE. “He already seems to have the independence and charm of both of his parents.”

After a month of rumors, Pete confirmed the pregnancy in May. The couple was out and about during the pregnancy, most notably appearing at the MTV VMAs in September.

Paris Hilton and Benji Madden officially threw in the towel yesterday, according to her rep. While Paris was recently spotted with her ex Stavros Niarchos over the weekend, friends say that had nothing to do with the breakup.

“Even though they are still in love, they felt it would be better to just be friends,” a source close to Hilton, 27, tells Us. “Benji was overprotective and controlling. He doesn’t get along with any of her friends,” the source tells Us. “Friends thought Paris had changed since being with Benji and she wants to be herself again.”

The couple did stay faithful to each other, stresses the source.

It seems the financial crisis has hit everyone these days, including the King of Pop Michael Jackson.

According to official documents, the title to Jackson’s estate, Neverland, was transferred Monday to a company called Sycamore Valley Ranch Company LLC. Sycamore is a joint venture between Michael Jackson and a division of a company called Colony Capital. Colony Capital owns the Las Vegas Hilton, the Red Rock Country Club, and other Las Vegas properties. Colony bailed out Jacko’s $23.5 million Neverland mortgage and the buzz around Vegas is that Jackson could end up performing at the Hilton in an effort to pay off his million-dollar bailout.
