Star’s Rebuttal

She’s hurtled attacks at Barbara Walters today after Barbara revealed that Star forced The View crew to lie to audiences about Star’s gastric bypass surgery. Jones said, “It is a sad day when an icon like Barbara Walters, in the sunset of her life… [speaks] negatively against me all for the sake of selling a book … It speaks to her true character.”
The only reason the TV Entertainment commentaries are in Walter’s camp on the Jones VS Walters, is because they don’t dare cross Walters, or she might destroy their career, as she did Jone’s. At one time I liked Walters, and Jones was not a favorite. These days, I don’t care for Walters, and I don’t think Jones did anything wrong speaking out…either time. In fact, I think Jones is probably a much nicer person than Walters. But the talking heads are so busy kissing up to Barbara, that they are embarrassing. I’ve lost respect for many of them.
