Britney stepped out to a fundraiser this weekend looking remarkably… remarkable. She surprised guests by showing up to the Generation Rescue fundraiser for autism thrown by Jenny McCarthy. Spears reportedly sipped red wine and “definitely looked happy” according to one witness.
McCarthy’s beau Jim Carrey, Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller also made the rounds.
