The judge sentenced actor/director Wesley Snipes to three years in prison for tax evasion. The prosecutors claimed he owed 2.7 million in back taxes. Three years is the maximum punishment allowed, and he will not be getting off early for good behavior: federal inmates aren’t eligible for parole.

Sources say that OJ Simpson has approached Donald Trump’s camp for a spot on the next Celebrity Apprentice, and apparently, it’s under “thoughtful consideration.” I guess the football star-turned-actor-turned-accused murderer-turned-washed up hack just can’t imagine life out of the spotlight. Here’s hoping Donald puts the kibosh on this one.
