The judge sentenced actor/director Wesley Snipes to three years in prison for tax evasion. The prosecutors claimed he owed 2.7 million in back taxes. Three years is the maximum punishment allowed, and he will not be getting off early for good behavior: federal inmates aren’t eligible for parole.

Apparently, Sean and Robin Wright Penn won’t be getting a divorce after all. After filing this past December, the couple recently filed papers to dismiss the divorce proceedings. The couple have been together since 1991 and married since 1996. They have two sons together. Both have been divorced once before.
